I have still not found all my sources for my research paper. This aspect of the paper will be the most challenging, while in am a good writer I am seriously lacking research skills. Usually when I do “research” I just type something up on Google and pick the first thing to come up. They way that we are required to do research in this class is new to me. This is the first time I have heard about academic journals and will be the first I will feature them in my writing. I have never written a paper where I had to do citations; I will have to do it in this paper. I am excited for the challenge thought and hope I can produce a decent research paper

I was just emailed my reversal for my research proposal. I received an A- as a grade on it. This class is easily the hardest class I have this semester I was feeling like I could not complete the task that were being asked of me. But after earning the grade on my assignment, it has inspired and encouraged me to work harder. I now know that passing this class is possible for me.

After submitting my proposal was informed that I have not developed a strong topic on NFL rules, and how they effect the game that I can appropriately give strong a and actuate FACTS about. Prof. Salamat has informed me that based on my proposal it seems like my essay would be opinion based, which is not what the course is requiring. So I have decided to drop my topic and pick a new one. Back to square one.

i am very scared of this class. i have never been good at writing essays or doing research, and since this class is asking me to do both, i am very nervous. I have not started my research process yet because i have not choosing a research topic yet . i want to write about concussions in the NFL and how the rules the NFL is making up to prevent the concussions are changing the game.
